In a long-expected move, wire services provider Comcast appealed Federal Communications Commission’s new preference currently with a Court of Appeals for a D.C. Circuit. In a Sept. 4 matter explaining a short filing, Comcast claims which “the Commission’s movement was legally inapt as well as a commentary were not fit by a record.”
